A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for our Official Launch Night!
The 'Beyond the Sea' theme was inspired by Conor's love of the movie 'Finding Nemo'. Our inaugural event was held in the Knightsbrook Hotel, Trim on the weekend of Conor's 1-year anniversary. It was a black tie ball with a twist, where everyone put in a great effort with their blue ties! A great night was had by all as everyone danced the night away to the fantastic music provided by our entertainment on the night 'The Goods'.
We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported the CFNCRF and made our official launch night a big success with everything going swimmingly well!! We hope to have more fundraising nights like it in the future.
Bouncers
A great night was had by all at 'Bouncer's in the Venue, Ratoath. A massive thank you to the director and organiser Elaine McLoughlin and also to all the cast and crew who participated in the show. A very talented group of young actors putting on a great show to help out The Conor Foley Neuroblastoma Cancer Research Foundation. Conor definitely would have appreciated the humour!
Braveheart 5km Trail Run
On the 10th of June 2016, 600 warriors took part in the 5km Braveheart Trail Run. The event was organised by Trim Athletic Club with some of the proceeds going to CFNCRF. Thank you to everyone who took part! It was a tough trail to run especially the last 1.5km which was all uphill, but it was a great day for all!
